Terms and Conditions for Brahmi Vastra

Welcome to Brahmi Vastra by Neha Vaanya Khanna. By browsing this website and purchasing our "heart-crafted" products, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Handcrafted Nature of Products

Every piece at Brahmi Vastra is 100% hand-embroidered by artisans in Lucknow.

Because our work is handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery patterns, thread shades, or metallic wire (Mukaish/Kaamdani) placement are natural characteristics of the art form and are not considered defects.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

We accept payments via UPI (GPay, PhonePe) and secure payment gateways.

For orders placed via direct UPI ID, the order is only confirmed once a payment screenshot is shared with our team. Orders not paid for within 1 hour may be cancelled to release inventory.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship nationwide from our studio in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Custom or "made-to-order" pieces may take 4–6 weeks.

Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Brahmi Vastra is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.

4. Returns and Exchanges

No Returns/Exchanges: Due to the delicate nature of premium fabrics (Pure Viscose, Organza, Tissue) and the high cost of handcrafted labor, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged condition.

Damage Claims: In case of damage, a full unboxing video (from start to finish without cuts) is mandatory to process a claim. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Product Care

To maintain the "positivity and vibrations" of your Vastra, we strictly recommend Dry Clean Only for all Georgette, Chanderi, and silk-based products. Brahmi Vastra is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Brahmi Vastra logo, product photography, and the "Handcrafted is Heart-crafted" philosophy, is the intellectual property of Neha Vaanya Khanna. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
