Refund & Returns Policy

At Brahmi Vastra, we pour heart, soul, and ancient wisdom into every piece we create. Because our products are often hand-dyed and crafted by artisans, slight variations in color and weave are not defects—they are the "fingerprints" of nature.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy below:

1. No Exchange Policy

Due to the delicate, hand-crafted nature of Lucknowi Chikankari and the unique process involved in each garment, we do not offer exchanges for size, color preference, or "change of mind." Every piece is a one-of-a-kind creation; therefore, all sales are final. We strongly recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements are only processed in the following specific cases:

• Damaged Product: The garment has a physical tear or a major manufacturing defect.

• Incorrect Item: You received a different pattern, color, or size than what was specified in your order.

3. Reporting a Claim

To be eligible for a resolution, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery:

1. Email us: Send your order number, uncut parcel unboxing video and clear photos of the defect/incorrect item to brahmivastra@gmail.com.

2. Unboxing Video: We highly recommend filming an unboxing video upon delivery. This is the fastest way for our team to verify and process your claim. Without unboxing video any such request will not be entertained.

3. Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

4. Resolution Process

• Replacement: Once your claim is approved, we will first attempt to ship a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).

• Refund: If the specific handcrafted piece is out of stock and cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued to your Bank account for which detailed to be provided by you.

• Timeline: Approved refunds are typically reflected in your account within 7–10 business days.

5. The Nature of Chikankari

Please appreciate that Chikankari is a manual embroidery art.

• Minor inconsistencies in threadwork or tiny traces of washable marking ink (used by artisans for tracing designs) are not defects; they are proof of authentic hand-embroidery.

• These natural variations are not eligible for refunds.
